This isn't your grandparents' sex ed.

Explanations of various sex acts.

Exposure to transgender ideology.

Starting in elementary school.

This is the modern-day sex education. And this is what national organizations want to impose in DE public schools.

The Senate passed a resolution allowing these national organizations full access to rewrite our public school sex ed, with Senate Concurrent Resolution (SCR) 156 which was heard April 14th.

This resolution will be heard next in the House. Contact your Representative today! They need to be aware of what this resolution will allow in DE public schools.

No Sexualization of DE Children!

Dear Representative,

Your comment will be sent to your Representative and the House Education Committee.

Talking points to send to your legislator:

  1. The national standards referenced in SCR 156 include materials that introduce sexual concepts to very young children (ages 5–8). For example:
  • Teaching that “bodies can feel good when touched”
  • Explaining masturbation as normal behavior for children
  • Encouraging discussion of sexual behaviors as expressions of care

These topics go far beyond basic health education and introduce sexual awareness prematurely, during a stage of development where children are not cognitively or emotionally equipped to process such information.

2. Instructional materials from affiliated organizations include classroom activities where young children are asked to:

  • Identify whether boys or girls have specific sexual anatomy
  • Label body parts such as the clitoris, vulva, and anus in group settings

This approach erodes natural boundaries of modesty and privacy and places children in uncomfortable or inappropriate learning environments. It is not the place of the school to have such private and explicit conversations with children at this age.

3. SCR 156 does not define:

  • What constitutes “age-appropriate” content
  • What limits will be placed on instructional materials
  • What measures will be taken to ensure parents have access to opting their children out

Instead, it creates a pathway for broad curriculum expansion, guided by activist organizations whose materials already demonstrate a pattern of introducing explicit content at early ages.

We know who will be updating the sex ed standards.

It’s not in the current version of the resolution…

But it is listed in the original draft.

Also, the goal of SCR 156 is to ensure “alignment with national standards.”

Keep reading to see what is in the national standards.

Understand the key words.

Comprehensive Sex Education: Teaching children the full details of every sex act, with instructions on how to perform them “safely.”

This is what public schools are teaching in Sex Ed. Children are learning that anything goes – there is no moral standard for sex and sexual acts. The only barrier to any sexual activity is their consent.

This is why children are taught as young as kindergarten about questioning their gender, and by middle and high school are exposed to graphic, pornographic depictions of sex.

To exclude any type of sex is to be “discriminative” – and the goal of comprehensive sex education is to be “inclusive.”

Understand the worldview.

Sex education today is not simply meant to teach biological reality, morality and ethics, and safety.

SEICUS sex ed rejects basic biology. Sex is determined at conception. But these activists teach that gender is based on emotion and can be fluid, or changed altogether.

SEICUS rejects objective morality and ethics. In their worldview, the only accepted barrier to any sex act is consent.

SEICUS rejects the sanctity of life. The human reproduction system was designed by our Creator with a purpose – to bring life into the world. This life is inherently sacred and deserves protection. But these writers reject this premise. Therefore, they teach that if a baby is created, that baby can easily be discarded as a clump of cells.

The result? Full pornographic exposure, immersion in the LGBTQ agenda, and a pipeline to Planned Parenthood.

Understand the consequences.

Modern sex ed exposes children to pornography and gender ideology.

  1. Pornography is an epidemic in our country.

(stats)

Early exposure to explicit sex rewires a child’s brain and results in x, y, z.

This is why x considers porn exposure to be a national epidemic.

Transgenderism destroys lives.

SEICUS exposes children as young as second grade to the lie that they can change their gender.

When the seed is planted in their young brains, they are funneled along the path to puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and eventually sterilizing, mutilating amputations of healthy body parts.

SEICUS’s sex ed is not only irresponsible – it is extremely dangerous.

Transgenderism destroys lives. Listen to these testimonies given in a DE committee hearing.

How Did We Get Here?

The modern approach to sex ed didn’t happen overnight, and it will take us understanding and getting to the root of the problem to push back.

This is a helpful video for understanding the ideas that destroyed the beauty of healthy sexuality in this country.

Our Response: Teach Healthy Sexuality!

It’s not enough to simply react to pornographic sex ed. It is crucial to be proactive in teaching healthy sexuality to the next generation. Otherwise, we will leave them vulnerable to the false, perverted, deceptive messages about sexuality that they will inevitably encounter in the culture.
