Dr. Roger Erdvig

Dr. Roger C. S. Erdvig, Director of the Center for Biblical Worldview Formation at Summit Ministries, has served as a business leader, pastor, university professor, executive coach, and CEO of three educational institutions. His life is devoted to equipping and encouraging the parents, mentors, and teachers who are raising up the emerging generation of culture-shaping leaders.

Roger is the author of the watershed book, Beyond Biblical Integration, which has been studied by tens of thousands of educators around the globe. Known for his engaging and conversational approach to training, he is a sought-after speaker and coach, and a leading voice in the Biblical worldview formation movement.

In addition to his work with Summit Ministries, Roger serves on the Board of the Delaware Family Policy Council, assists DFPC’s efforts to equip and support educators across the state, and is involved in training young leaders in the annual Leadership Congress program. He is currently working on several new writing projects: one on a biblical worldview approach to teaching and learning history, one on parenting from a Biblical worldview, and a guidebook for worldview formation. At this year's Summit, Roger will be speaking on the big story of a biblical worldview and how that story must shape all of our efforts to influence the culture for Christ.
