In the rush to make “reproductive freedom” – sex without responsibility – a constitutional right, SB 5’s sponsors would create horrific consequences for children.
🌑 Abortion Without Restriction. Abortion is already legal in Delaware. SB 5 goes further – it guarantees that the preborn will permanently have zero rights in Delaware.
🌑 Sterilization as a Constitutional Right?? That’s correct – the word sterilize is literally in the bill, with ZERO age limits! Parents would have no ability to protect their children from gender mutilation if this bill passes!
🌑No parental involvement in abortion? There are currently no parental consent laws for abortion in DE. Under SB 5, even parental notification would be hard to maintain in the law. SB 5’s sponsors want ALL abortions to go through completely unhindered!
SB5 makes “reproductive freedom” an absolute right, even above the right to life – and the protection of children.
